Announcements Made Auction Day Supersede All Prior Advertising
Terms:
1. Purchases must be paid for in full within one hour after completion of auction.
2. Purchases must be paid in cash (US currency), cashiers check (payable to Apple Towing Company) and change after purchase will be given in the form of a check), or check w/current original bank letter of guarantee. Bank letter must read:" _________________ is a customer of this bank, this bank will guarantee unqualified payment to Apple Towing Company on acct.# ______________ up to the amount of $__________. No 'stop payment' will be issued regarding this transaction. This letter expires on ___________ (must be a least 10 days after the auction date).
3. Only registered bidder plus two companions are allowed in the auction area.
4. No one under the age of eighteen will be allowed in the auction area.
5. No oversize bags or electronic equipment are allowed in the auction area.
6. Vehicles must be removed from the auction area the same day of the auction or arrangements must be made with the manager. Vehicles left after the day of the auction will be charged commercial storage rates.
7. All decisions by the auctioneer are final.
Conditions
1. Vehicles are auctioned as-is, where-is, with all faults, without warranty or guarantee either expressed or implied, as to age, year of manufacture, make, model, condition or any other specification. Descriptions of vehicles, either written or oral, are furnished as a guide only. No guarantee as to the accuracy of the description is made. Some vehicles may have salvage only titles. Salvage only titles and export only vehicles, when known, are announced or noted on the vehicle. Absence of mention of salvage only title or export only vehicle does not constitute any warranty or guarantee.
2. This auction is conducted with reserve. The US Marshals service reserves the right to approve the final transfer of property to the successful bidder, even after the auctioneer states "sold".
3. The US Marshals service reserves the right to add/delete vehicles to/from the auction at any time.
4. Each registered bidder is solely responsible for the use of his or her bidder number and any use by any other person is presumed to be with the consent of and contractually binding on the registered bidder.
5. Practices that eliminate competition, such as collusive bidding, may warrant criminal, civil, or administrative action against the participant and may be referred to the department of justice.
Note: ALL FINANCIAL ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE PRIOR TO AUCTION DAY. NO EXCEPTIONS.
